Topicexplorer is committed to protecting your privacy. As such this policy statement explains our data collection policy in relation to all Topicexplorer products, services and websites.
Topicexplorer will ask you when we require information that personally identifies you and/or allows us to contact you. This information is requested for purchasing Topicexplorer products and/or for joining email subscription services.
Topicexplorer generally limits information to standard billing details such as name, address, telephone number, credit card number and email address.
When you purchase and install a new product you may also receive a registration number to unlock the product. This may be used for ongoing support.
Billing detail information (excluding email address) is not retained by Topicexplorer. However billing detail information may be retained by the billing organization providing the fulfilment service.
Topicexplorer only retains email addresses of those customers who select to 'opt in' to any marketing campaigns conducted by Topicexplorer and/or its associated third party providers.
If a customer chooses to 'opt out' of Topicexplorer targeted marketing after previously selecting the 'opt in' option, they must notify Topicexplorer via email and they will be subsequently removed from the mailing list. Changes to personal information such as a new email address may also be advised via email.
Topicexplorer products, services and websites may also contain links to other websites. These websites have their own policies and practices in respect to online privacy that Topicexplorer does not control. Topicexplorer is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these websites.
In some instances a Topicexplorer advertiser or associate may ask for personal information. Topicexplorer is not responsible for the privacy practices of its advertisers or associates. Topicexplorer has taken all reasonable measures to ensure that all customer personal information supplied is kept secure.
